Splash Universe is a family focused indoor water park and hotel located throughout the Midwest. The park caters to young families looking to escape the cold winters and unbearable summers with a budget friendly vacation offering.

After several years of running variations of the same marketing and advertising campaigns, Splash Universe was looking for a complete overhaul.
Their focus was to reengage former customers and drive new acquisition. It was important to revitalize the brand without changing the central focus.

Splash went through an extensive discovery phase, as it was important to understand the origins of the brand as well as their evolution. This included reviewing the company’s marketing strategy, former campaigns, and digital analytics.
It was quickly discovered the user experience was cumbersome, creating a fractured experience. Taking this into account, a new digital strategy was formulated.

Based on the findings during the planning stage, it was necessary to incorporate a responsive design with an integrated commerce solution that focused on the user experience. Once the website was complete, the design cues were transitioned into the company’s social media accounts and email campaigns.

As part of the planning and design phase, it was essential to utilize a platform that would provide the company the ability analyze and optimize rapidly. For this, the company was setup with a multi-channel digital analytics platform.
The newly implemented platform provided the company with an enhanced view, lending insight on consumer behaviors and attributions, together providing the ability to make real-time decisions.
